Account security is your responsibility. You must:

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, v7v7vip and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:
v7v7vip's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of deposits you made to the platform in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be lawfully excluded under Philippine law.
Section 10
v7v7vip reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to:
If your account is closed due to a verified policy breach, v7v7vip reserves the right to withhold your remaining balance pending the outcome of an investigation. If no breach is confirmed, your balance will be returned via your registered payment method.
Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting our support team. Any remaining real-money balance will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with our standard withdrawal procedures, provided there are no outstanding verification requirements.
